MIAMI -

Several South Florida organizations are offering ways to help the victims of the massive tornado that killed at least 24 people in Moore, Oklahoma.

Donations can be made to the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami at www.ccadm.org/ok or by sending checks made payable to:

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami
1505 NE 26th Street
Wilton Manors, FL 33305
You can designate your gift by noting “Oklahoma” in the memo line.

"What we've been told by them, just later this afternoon, was that the money is being used right now for housing, whether it's hotel rooms or rentals, somewhere out of the devastated area," said Archdiocese of Miami spokeswoman Mary Ross Agosta. "At this point, no cans of food, no clothing is needed. Just monetary donations."
