DAVIE, Fla. – Police are trying to identify the men who used a stolen truck to plow through the gate at Broward Motorsports and get away with several pricey motorcycles from the business.
The theft occurred early Thursday morning at the Broward Motorsports in Davie.
Davie police said a Ford F250 was stolen from a nearby neighborhood and then used to plow through the gate. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
Surveillance video shows three men loading several bikes onto the bed of the truck.
Broward Motorsports general manager Danny Ayala told Local10.com the thieves got away with five dirt bikes worth about $35,000. He said the thieves were all wearing ski masks and gloves.
