TAMARAC, Fla. – A judge in Broward County signed an order Wednesday scheduling a recall election of Tamarac Commissioner Patricia Atkins-Grad.
Polls in Tamarac's District 2 will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 15. Voters can cast their ballots absentee or in person.

In Dec. 2012, jurors acquitted Atkins-Grad of accepting bribes from two real estate developers in exchange for her vote on a housing project. Her attorney said she was politically naive.
