Tannehills host students at practice

25 students part of Miami Dolphins quarterback's A.C.E.S. program

DAVIE, Fla. – Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill and his wife Lauren hosted some special guests at practice Thursday.

Twenty-five students from American Senior High School took in all the sights and sounds from Dolphins camp as part of the Tannehills' Achieving Community and Educational Success (A.C.E.S.) program. Not only do these students do well in school, but they're also active in the community.

"I play soccer and I always thought football was boring, but this was awesome," said Javier Murelo.

Once practice was over, Lauren handed out backpacks for the students. The bags were filled with clothes and the students also received a pair of shoes.

Their day only got better. Once practice ended, they got to meet the biggest stars on the team, take pictures and get plenty of autographs

"I never got to see a pro practice growing up, so I'm sure they were excited about that and the bags, too," said Ryan Tannehill.

These students in the A.C.E.S. program will be seeing the Tannehills throughout the year at different events.
