MIAMI - Starting Saturday, teen sexting will be illegal in the state of Florida.
The new law, which passed in June, bans teenagers from sending nude or racy photos to each other via cellphone.
A first offense will result in eight hours of community service or a $60 fine. The second strike is a first-degree misdemeanor.
A third strike is a felony, which can come with a maximum five-year prison sentence.
