According to police, the victim, Jose Camacho, 19, was a passenger in a car that was driven by Morfa.

Police said the victim claimed that Gonzalez pointed a handgun at him inside the car and demanded that he give up his possessions.

Police said Camacho jumped out of the car and Gonzalez shot at him, striking him four times.

Camacho, who was injured in the right arm and torso, was able to get away and call police for help.

Police said both suspects drove off and were found Wednesday at a friend's home in Miami.

Camacho was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital and was released the same night he was shot.
