A tractor-trailer overturned Wednesday morning on U.S. Highway 27 in Broward County.

The tractor-trailer was hauling a load of cookies when it tipped on its side in the southbound lanes near mile marker 47 shortly after 7 a.m.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, there were no injuries.

Southbound traffic was being detoured into one northbound lane while workers were clearing the debris. All lanes were reopened about 11:30 a.m.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
