This woman is accused of stealing about $200 worth of meat from a Publix in Marathon.

KEY WEST, Fla. - Monroe County Sheriff's Office deputies are asking for help identifying a shoplifter who took about $200 worth of meat from a Publix in Marathon.

The store manager called the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office after the incident, which occurred about 1:15 p.m. on March 8.

Deputies said the manager confronted the woman in the store's parking lot, where she gave back the meat and left.

Anyone who knows anything about the crime or recognizes the woman from her photo is asked to call Deputy Leon Bourcier at the Marathon substation at 305-289-2430.
