Melvin Kort, 94, was reported missing in July by a relative who lives out of state.

Investigators said the women told them that the Kort died of what appeared to be a stroke or heart attack four or five years ago.

Deputies received a tip that a body might be buried on the property at Parkcrest Drive in September.

The remains were found at a home located at Parkcrest Drive in Eustis.

Investigators said the autopsy did not show any signs of blunt trauma.

The cause of death is undetermined. The case has been turned over to the state attorney's office for consideration.
