HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Were rodents eating fortune cookie at Rice N' Wings in Hollywood?

According to a state inspector, the cookies were gone and the rodents left something behind -- droppings.

Ants were also found in the sugar, and records show ants were also found in the sugar last year during a routine inspection.

Rice N' Wings was the only South Florida restaurant ordered shut last week.

"No sanitize of any kind available for ware washing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitize is available for ware washing. **Repeat Violation**"

"Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. 10 eggs in walk in cooler."

"Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of food borne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items."
