Woman calls man accused of recording upskirt video 'pervert'

Filippo Fiorentini arrested on charge of video voyeurism

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A woman said the man accused of using his iPhone to record video under her skirt at a South Beach supermarket is "definitely a pervert."

Filippo Fiorentini, 28, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of video voyeurism.

According to a Miami Beach police report, Fiorentini put his iPhone 5 into a shopping basket at the Whole Foods supermarket and placed it "under (the victim's) skirt while waiting at the checkout counter."

Sarah Lemay, 20, told Local 10 News that she caught Fiorentini in the act and flagged down an off-duty police officer because she wanted Fiorentini to delete the video.

"It's not something that's very respectful, and I think it's just completely wrong, and I think it's disgusting," Lemay said. "You know, it's disgusting. A woman shouldn't go around in her grocery store being scared of that happening to her."

According to the report, Fiorentini told police that he "made a mistake."

"You don't know if this guy can do it again or do it to many girls, or if he could be doing things even worse," Lemay said.
