Brown was given $1,500 bond and was ordered to stay away from Eubanks, as well as the studio where the "Cristina" show is taped.

Eubanks said he was attacked while on the set of the Spanish-language talk show. Video from the incident shows Brown, the mother of one of the alleged victims in the buttocks injection case, throwing a syringe at him, police said.

Eubanks said Wednesday he is happy Brown is facing charges.

Eubanks was arrested with Oneal Ron Morris in December, accused of injecting a woman's buttocks with dangerous chemicals for an enhancement procedure. Police said they used chemicals including Fix-A-Flat and cement on the patients.

Both have pleaded not guilty.
