FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. ā The Broward Sheriff's Office on Friday released a sketch of a woman wanted for targeting immigrant and elderly victims in a lottery scam.
Investigators believe the two women claim to be illegal immigrants who have a winning lottery ticket. In two instances, one in Tamarac and another in Oakland Park, the women convinced victims to give them $10,400 and $10,000 cash.
