Police said Burns kicked and screamed while being handcuffed and taken into custody.Burns is charged with one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstruction with violence and obstruction without violence. The aggravated battery count is being treated as a hate crime.Taylor is entering his 10th season in the NFL with the Dolphins.
