Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph will be back on the court next week on a limited basis.

Randolph told the Memphis Commercial Appeal that he will be allowed to engage in non-contact drills.

He has been working his way back from a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee suffered on New Year's Day.

At the time of the injury, Randolph was expected to be sidelined for eight weeks.

Randolph averaged 20.1 points and 12.2 rebounds last season -- his fourth straight season averaging 20 points.
