The Miami Heat are exercising the third-year option on guard Norris Cole.

Cole played in 65 games as a rookie.

He made 2 starts.

Cole averaged 6.8 points. 2 assists, and 1.4 rebounds per game.

He was originally drafted by Minnesota in the first round of the 2011 NBA draft, before being traded to Miami in a draft night trade.
