Heat waive Gladness
Back-up center released by Miami
The Miami Heat released center Mickell Gladness on Tuesday. The move was expected, as Miami had reached a roster deadline on the back-up center.
Gladness rarely played for the Heat. He appeared in just 6 games this season and scored a total of two points. He also grabbed 8 rebounds, a steal and a block in just 21 minutes of game action.
He has now twice been released by Miami. Gladness played for the Heat in 2010 and was signed again as a free agent in December of 2011.
