Johnson out 6-8 weeks

Canes star has thumb fracture

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -

The Canes basketball team will be without star Reggie Johnson for the next 6-8 weeks.

According to Coach Jim Larranaga, Johnson has a left thumb fracture.

In his seven games this season, Johnson is averaging over 12 points and 10 rebounds.
