After making a huge trade over the weekend, the Los Angeles Lakers are now co-favorites with the Miami Heat to win the 2013 NBA championship, according to the online bookmakers.

Sportsbook.com lists the Heat and Lakers at 2.20-to-1 odds to win it all. That means if you bet $100 on the Heat or Lakers and they win the title, you win $220 plus your initial $100 investment for $320 total.

The Lakers vaulted up the odds board after trading for star center Dwight Howard. Howard starred for several years for the Orlando Magic.

Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder are third choice at 9-to-2, followed by the Chicago Bulls at 10-to-1 odds.

The New York Knicks are 30-to-1 odds to win it all.
