Wainwright (11-4) was on the losing end of a 1-0 final in his last start but scattered four hits and a pair of walks to keep the Giants off the board and match the major-league lead in wins.Ryan Vogelsong (5-5) was the tough-luck loser, surrendering two runs on six hits while striking out eight in seven frames. Joe Panik delivered two hits off Wainwright as San Francisco lost for the 16th time in the last 21 games.Vogelsong faced the minimum through the first two innings but ran into trouble in the third when Taveras led off with a double and moved up on Mark Ellis' single.
