CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Miami Hurricane guard Shane Larkin submitted his paperwork to the NBA advisory committee of draft potential.
Larkin is expected to hear back from the committee within two weeks. He is scheduled to formally announce his decision on April 29 but must withdraw by April 16.
