MIAMI -

Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton sounded off about the team's big deal.

In an interview with MLB.com, Stanton voiced his displeasure with Marlins management,

Stanton told Peter Gammons, "I do not like this at all.  This is the 'winning philosophy?'  Then to say it's not about money?  What is the motivation?  There comes a breaking point.  I know how I feel.  I can't imagine how the city and the fans feel."

Stanton, 23, said he's learning about the business side of the game.

Stanton said, "I can deal with losing as long as one is trying to win.  If you're losing and you're not trying to win, that is not fair.  I play to have fun, I play to win, I play for my teammates."
