NASCAR is cutting three races from its 2012 Truck Series schedule.

There will be 22 races next season, down from 25 this year. NASCAR is adding an inaugural event at Rockingham Speedway and a second race at Iowa Speedway.

Nashville Speedway has closed, cutting a pair of races off the slate. There also won't be events at Lucas Oil Raceway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway and Darlington Raceway.
