Two Canes receive ACC honors

Miami recognized for dramatic win

GREENSBORO, N.C. -

Two members of the Miami Hurricanes football team were recognized by the ACC on Monday.

Sophomore wide receiver Phillip Dorsett and freshman linebacker Eddie Johnson were both named ACC player of the week at their positions.

It's the first weekly honor for both.

Dorsett had 9 catches for 184 yards.

Johnson had a career-high 9 tackles on Saturday.
