MIAMI -

Heat star Dwyane Wade told ESPN he will be undergoing knee surgery on Monday.

The Heat star was hampered with knee problems throughout the team's championship run.

During ESPN's Sunday Conversation, Wade said that his knee was giving him difficulties particularly during Game 3 of Miami's series with the Pacers.
