Heat All-Star missed 6 straight games

MIAMI -

After missing the last six Heat games with an ankle injury, Dwyane Wade will play Friday against the Knicks.

After taking part in this morning's workout, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra decided his All-Star guard was ready to play.

Meanwhile, the Knicks will be without one of their stars as Carmelo Anthony has been ruled out of the game with a variety of injuries to his wrist, thumb and ankle.
