MIAMI – Heat star Dwyane Wade tweeted his displeasure with the NBA league office on Tuesday night.
The NBA fined Oklahoma City's Serge Ibaka $25,000 for hitting Blake Griffin in the groin on Sunday.

Back in December, Wade received a heavier fine and was suspended one game for a shot to the groin area on Charlotte's Ramon Sessions.
Wade tweeted Tuesday night, "All I can say is WoW... no pun intended but really... and I get suspended and lose 200 grand... #someexplainingtodo."
LeBron James also tweeted about Ibaka's punishment.
James wrote, "So explain to me the difference? My teammate gets a 1 game suspension and 150K+ taking him away from him for his groin altercation #strangetome."
