CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes will not be a part of the NCAA tournament.
Miami (21-12, 10-8 ACC) was not in the committee's last four in.

The 'Canes were given a No. 2 seed in the National Invitational Tournament.
They will host North Carolina Central on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
"Our players were very hopeful that we would get into the NCAA tournament, and I'm sure the players are disappointed that we did not, but I made it clear to them that if we were good enough and we won enough games we would have been in there," coach Jim Larranaga said.
