MIAMI – The Miami Hurricanes used an off day to give back.
After two practices Tuesday, Miami did not hold a practice Wednesday.

With the free time, players from the Hurricanes football team visited patients at Holtz Children's Hospital.
Al Golden tweeted, "I can't even begin to express what a special day it was today. Our entire team is truly grateful. Thank you."
The Holtz Children's Hospital account tweeted, "Thank you Canes football for bringing your kindness to our little patients."
