PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – With the exception of two games involving Florida teams, the four-team panel is in agreement about this week's outcome in the Local10.com college football picks.
Local 10 sports reporter Andrea Brody is putting her stock in FIU and Florida to beat their conference foes in week 4 of the college football season.

FIU faces Louisiana Tech on the road. The Bulldogs defeated the Panthers 23-7 last year in the only previous meeting between the teams.
The Gators, meanwhile, have won 10 in a row against Tennessee. The Volunteers haven't beaten Florida since 2004 and haven't won in Gainesville since 2003.
Otherwise, FAU is a consensus choice to pick up its first win of the season at Charlotte. Conversely, South Carolina is a unanimous pick to beat UCF. A loss would drop the Knights to 0-4.
Three Florida teams -- Miami, Florida State and South Florida -- have the weekend off.
