MIAMI – An Atlanta Braves fan wore a controversial jersey to Marlins Park on Monday.
The Braves fan was seen on Fox Sports Florida wearing a John Rocker #49 throwback jersey.

He got into trouble after controversial remarks he made about taking the subway in New York City.
Rocker's remarks published in December of 1999 offended several groups.
He later apologized.
