MIAMI - Ozzie Guillen appears to be the Rodney Dangerfield of big league managers, he gets no respect.

A new survey by Men's Journal ranked the Marlins' skipper as the least respected manager in the game.

Guillen received 36-percent of the votes.

Players said Guillen is "loud" and "can get under your skin."

He was followed by Boston manager Bobby Valentine and Indians manager Manny Acta.

The survey wasn't all bad news for the Fish.

Giancarlo Stanton was voted the major league player in the best shape.
