Former Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline tweeted a picture of a Billboard thanking Dolphins fans.

Hartline tweeted, "So it took a little longer then expected but I wanted to thank as many Dolphins Fans as possible. So Thank You!"
Hartline spent six seasons with the Dolphins after being drafted by Ohio State.
He signed with the Browns this offseason.
