The Miami Heat are getting ready to try to extend their winning streak to 11 when they host the Detroit Pistons.
The Heat have picked up 8 of their 10 wins against the Eastern Conference.
Some critics have said the East is weak.
On Tuesday, coach Spoelstra defended the conference saying, "The thing about the East that people are missing is the youth of the Eastern Conference. You can't write those teams off. You really can't."
Detroit brings plenty of size into this game and will test the Heat in the post.
Chris Bosh said Tuesday the team is ready, "This is a good test for us because this is what we have to beat to get where we want to go. I think we all know that. Everybody wants to deem it an Achilles Heel for us and we're up to the challenge."
Dwyane Wade said that even though the Heat have a great record, there's room to grow.
Wade said, "When you're a team that's winning, there's always things that are going to be pointed at and picked at. At the end of the day, we're a team that has to find a way to win as we try to develop to become a great team. We're not there yet and that's a good thing."
