MIAMI – The Miami Heat have signed Jarvis Varnado to a 10-day contract.
Varnado, 24, will add some size to the team.

He's 6-foot, 9-inches tall and 230 pounds.
Varnado was originally drafted by the Heat in second round of the 2010 NBA draft.
The Heat play at Portland on Thursday.
