Allen breaks playoff 3-point record

MILWAUKEE, Wisc. – The Miami Heat have seized control of their series with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Heat beat the Bucks 104-91 on Thursday night. to take a 3-0 series lead.

Ray Allen became the all-time leader in Playoff three-pointers, passing Reggie Miller.  Allen finished with 23 points.

LeBron James scored 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists in 33 minutes.

Dwyane Wade struggled at the Bradley Center, where his Marquette college jersey hangs from the rafters.

Wade scored just 4 points, shooting 1/12 from the field.

Chris Bosh scored 16 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.

Wade had 4 points in 36 minutes.

Once again, Chris Andersen provided a spark off the bench.

Andersen scored 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 14 minutes of action.

The Heat will look to close out the series on Sunday.
