PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Executive sports producer David Lang is giving the rest of the group notice. He won't go gently into the night.
For the second consecutive week, Lang led the group to continue his mid-season surge.

Lang was 8-3 on the week, while sports reporter Clay Ferraro and sports producer Tory McMahon tied for second with 7-4 records.
Local10.com managing editor Peter Burke finished last for the first time this season with a 6-5 record, although he was the only person to predict that Missouri would rebound from its 34-0 loss to Georgia with a commanding 42-3 victory at Florida.
Lang is the only one picking Miami to notch its first road win of the season Thursday night at Virginia Tech.
Burke is buying the Bulldogs of Mississippi State, but he's not sold on their Magnolia State rivals. He's the only one predicting Mississippi to fall at LSU's "Death Valley."
