A man drove down to South Florida from Daytona Beach to show off his Miami Heat-themed Mercedes-Benz.
Martin Reese arrived a few hours before tip off, showing off his most important piece of artwork.
"I wanted to make sure that I incorporated a real Miami flavor throughout the entire car and I definitely wanted to incorporate more players," he said. "I actually did this last year but I only had the Big 3."
A few hundred dollars in paint and a canvass that bleeds Miami Heat, Reese said he spent the last couple of weeks getting his Mercedes-Benz ready for the game. It has Miami Vice and Scarface themes.
"Going 20 hours a day, just trying to get it done, and I really just thought about the fans and trying to communicate and do my best for the best team in the National Basketball Association," he said.
Reese said he drove down without a game ticket just to soak in the experience.
