ATLANTA - The Miami Marlins open up a long road trip against key division rivals.
The Fish begin the trip with a four-game series in Atlanta.
The Braves are one of the teams ahead of the Marlins in both the wild card and divisional races.
After that, the Marlins travel to Washington.
On Friday, the Fish begin a four-game set with the Nationals.
That series includes a double-header on Friday to make up for a previously postponed game.
The Marlins will have one day off.
Then, the Fish will head to New York for a three game series against the Mets.
Following the 11-game road trip, Miami returns home to face Hanley Ramirez and the Dodgers.
