Memphis QB performs with young cancer patient

Video of duet has gone viral worldwide

MEMPHIS – Memphis quarterback Jacob Karam is receiving more attention these days for his work on the piano than he usually does on the football field.

A video of Kamam playing piano and singing a duet while visiting sick children at a hospital in Memphis has gone viral, and rightfully so.

Karam was on a visit at the Target House where kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital stay while being treated. During his visit, 11-year-old Breanna Bercegeay noticed Karam playing piano and the two decided to work together at the keyboards.

Breanna, who is suffering from acute myeloid leukemia, and Karam made beautiful music together by singing about 10 songs, including Jessie J's Price Tag.

The video has garnered worldwide attention but Karam is deflecting all the attention, tweeting out "So humbled by all this attention. It's all about Bre and the courageous kids at @StJude. I'm privileged to just play a small role. Go Tigers."
