MIAMI – Late Friday night, Chris Bosh spoke publicly for the first time since the Heat announced they could not clear him to play.
In a statement released on the "Uninterrupted" Twitter feed, Bosh called the failed physical a "setback," but he said it doesn't change what he wants to accomplish.

"I had the intention of releasing episode two of the Uninterrupted 'Bosh Rebuilt' today, under the assumption that I would be cleared to go for camp," Bosh said. "Unfortunately, that is not the case."
Bosh also said, "little setbacks happen, but that doesn't change my intentions and what I want to accomplish."
Earlier Friday, the Miami Heat released a statement warning Bosh was working with a team of doctors with the mutual goal of having returning to the court "as soon as possible."
After Chris took his pre-season physical, The Miami Heat was unable to clear his return.
"It's a down moment right now, but everything's gonna be all right," Bosh said.
