MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The problem with having a good NBA coaching staff is that other team's want to poach your coaches.
Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Memphis Grizzlies and David Fizdale have agreed on a 4-year contract for the head coaching job.

According to the report, the 4th season is a team option.
ESPN's Marc Stein reports that Fizdale has interviewed with Memphis owner Robert Pera after previously meeting with the team's general manager Chris Wallace.
Fizdale has been a Heat assistant for eight seasons, becoming Erik Spoelstra's associate head coach after the retirement of Ron Rothstein in 2014.
The Grizzlies fired head coach Dave Joerger on May 7.
