Dolphins bring in 'big TV' to stadium

Renovations continue before football season

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The renovations continue to the stadium formerly known as Sun Life.

Dolphins President and CEO Tom Garfinkel tweeted a picture of a gigantic new television screen being installed with the caption "Now that's a big TV."

The goal of the renovations is to lure Super Bowls and other world-class events to South Florida.

By the start of 2016 football season, the stadium is expected to have 65,326 seats, 16 unique seating experiences, 22,400 total video board square feet and 92 percent of fans will be in the shade.

The video board that was brought in on Tuesday is one of four HD video boards that is expected to provide fans with a better audio experience.
