SUNRISE, Fla. - The NHL lockout continues and on Thursday the league announced that the remainder of the it's preseason games have been cancelled. The league cancelled the first week of preseason games last week.
The cancellation includes the Panthers' games against Tampa Bay on Tuesday, October 2 (at Estero, FL), the club's road preseason game on Thursday October 4 (at Tampa Bay) and the team's home preseason game on Saturday, October 6 (vs. Tampa Bay).
The Panthers are scheduled to open the regular season at home on Oct 13, but that could be in jeopardy.
