LONDON - When USA's best athletes show up for the Olympic Games in London, they will be wearing threads made in China.
ABC News reported on Wednesday that every item that the American athletes will be wearing at the opening ceremony were not made in the USA.
The duds you see in the above picture were designed by Ralph Lauren, but made in China.
The news has sparked outrage across the internet with people asking why the clothes could not have just been made in the USA.
The Olympic committee released the following statement: "The U.S. Olympic team is privately funded and we're grateful for the support of our sponsors. We're proud of our partnership with Ralph Lauren, an iconic American company."
