ORLANDO -

Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin is ready to move forward from the team's bullying scandal.

The coach addressed reporters at the NFL meetings in Orlando.

Philbin said, "We're gonna work through this thing.  We're gonna get it right... Maybe next year will be a little calmer."

Philbin added, "As long as you, to me, if you acknowledge things that you could've done better and are devoted to doing them better that's what's really important."

Philbin also praised new GM Dennis Hickey.

The Dolphins coach said the team isn't spending money in free agency just to spend money.

In terms of adding to the roster, Philbin said the Dolphins may not be done yet.
