CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Canes quarterback Stephen Morris has a bone bruise.
Morris left Miami's game against Savannah State after going down with an injured right ankle.

X-Rays on Morris' ankle were negative.
Coach Al Golden said during a conference call Sunday that he expects Morris to play when the Canes face South Florida next Saturday.
