The Buccaneers are the other team reportedly looking to speak with Dawson.

A former NFL player, Dawson has worked within the Titans organization for seven seasons, including the last two in his current position.

As Vice President of Player Personnel, Dawson works alongside Tennessee GM Ruston Webster in managing the team's day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining the Titans, Dawson worked with Seattle.

The Tennessean says that Dawson interviewed with St. Louis last season during their general manager search.

The Dolphins and general manager Jeff Ireland ended their relationship on Tuesday after six seasons. Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkel told Local 10 on Wednesday that the search for the team's new GM would begin in earnest on Friday.
