MIAMI -

A report by Yahoo Sports indicates that LeBron James' agent is trying to push him to Cleveland.

Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Cavaliers are pursuing a max contract for LeBron at the urging of LeBron's agent Rich Paul.

Paul reportedly has been pushing for years to bring LeBron to his home state.

Paul plans to join LeBron for a face-to-face meeting with Pat Riley this week.

The meeting with the Heat will help provide LeBron with some clarity on his future.

As for Cleveland, they appear to be trying to heal old wounds.

In 2010, after LeBron decided to take his talents to South Beach, owner Dan Gilbert fired off an angry letter to fans about LeBron.

That letter was still on the Cavs team website, until Monday.

Cleveland took it down, perhaps in an effort to show they've moved on.
