MIAMI – FIU has reportedly found their new head basketball coach.
According to several reports, the Panthers are hiring former Norfolk State coach Anthony Evans.

The job came open when Richard Pitino left FIU after just one season for a job at Minnesota.
Evans and Norfolk State beat Missouri in the first round of the NCAA tournament this year.
FIU has not officially confirmed the hiring.
